To state the obvious, Maintenence Mode is now on. Only Jen, Jazz, and I can get on. I hope you will all be patient as we work on the site and update everything. When we return, you'll be greeted with an improved Kairuu! We cannot word our deepest appreciation for our members' patience (other than, er, what I just said, but that's not enough)--so for those of you whom have stayed with us through thick and thin, even through this boring and seemingly neverending process of revision, we'll have a special thank-you gift waiting upon the return of Kairuu.

Prompts seem to be at least somewhat popular (though I'll be honest and admit that I'm pretty sure I hold a good majority of total prompts written... pft). So my OCD demanded organization; you can now find the main board "Stories and Prompts" under the "Member Cafe". The rules have been rewritten, so make sure to read them. In addition, a sub-board was created for multiple-part/chapter pieces.

Start working on your characters' profiles.
Why? You guys know me. You know I like to plot, and that I also like to do nice things for the loyal members of Kairuu whom have stayed with us through thick and thin, and to any newer or even prospective members that are here and waiting for us to breathe life back into the site.
So what am I plotting? Well that's a secret, but here's a hint: you won't be able to participate or get in (or whatever it may be) if you don't start working on profiles. At least, not as easily. Or something. I'm not saying what because that would give it away.
So get to work! Remember to really put your effort into profiles--and, also, that we won't be accepting them until the site reopens, but feel free to call them finished.

New layout transferred and Revamp Session.
In case you haven't noticed, Kairuu's been transitioned into the new layout. If there are any bugs or whatever, please make sure to tell me. I want it to be smoothed out for Kairuu's revival, even if it's not completely new to you guys by then (and I'm working on others in the meantime, trust me).
Also, please check by this thread here for information about the revamp.
The cbox is new and shiny. The old logs are gone, and we'll actually be ale to get into this one whenever we need to. Hopefully we'll go back to having a Premium one sometime soon.
Hope you guys at least somewhat like the layout, I know it's boring.
