Well, I can't say I changed anything in this profile, though I did go and reword things. I dunno, I just can't see too much yet; probably because I haven't had the chance to roleplay with him. Once I do, I'm sure it'll come out...

Eye Colour;;
Starting from the edges, Eli’s eyes are a darker shade of yellow. As you move inward, to the pupil, they slowly become a shade of dark brown, ending at the pupil itself, which is black.
Hair Style;;
Eli’s dark green hair doesn’t seem to fall far, as most of it ends right where a person’s ears would normally be, but there are a few clumps of strands that fall a bit farther down, a couple inches above his neckline. These straggling strands curve inward, and are mostly surpressed by his hat, just like the rest of his hair. Falling across his forehead are similar sections of hair, a darker shade of green, in the form of wispy bangs that don’t reach his eyes. If he were to take off his hat, you’d find that the roots of his hair are such a dark shade of green that they appear to be black.
Character Height;;

Character Weight;;

Character Build;;
Standing at five feet, three inches (he's still waiting for that growth spurt he was promised as a kid), Elijah is obviously not one of a tall stature. He makes up for his height with his somewhat stocky frame, though that's attributed more to the layers of clothing that he wears. In reality, Eli is actually fairly muscular - at least, on his upper body. The sight of his arms - when uncovered, as rare as that is - make people think that he works out...which is as far from the truth as you can get.
On the other side of the coin, while his legs appear somewhat muscular as well, Eli can’t really run. His pace tends to always be at a slow saunter; if prodded, he might be able to sprint a short distance…but he’d probably collapse afterwards.
It's also important to mention the texture of Eli's pale green skin, since chances are good he would never mention it himself. While the skin that's visible on his head, hands, and feet is somewhat rough, the rest of his skin is silky smooth, almost like that of a newborn. Not many people discover this, however, since he rarely takes off his layers of clothing. This part of his skin is very sensitive, akin to being ticklish, and Eli is very capable of squirming.
One final thing to mention are the two small slits that replace Eli’s nose, allowing him to breathe easily, though if it were silent in the area, you'd be able to hear the soft whistling noise that he makes whenever he takes a breath.
General Appearance
There are a few things that Eli is never seen without. One is the black furry hat (fake fur, of course) that has two flaps hanging down over the small holes he has for ears (that's right, he doesn't have real ears). The edges of each flap are fringed with tan fuzz, giving the hat a sort of 'cuddly bear' appearance.
The next item is a short, faded red scarf that he keeps snugly around his neck. It loops around just once before hanging down, and the two ends are frayed and threadlike from how often it's used...Not to mention how he'll rub it between his fingers when he's beginning to get nervous.
Third, and most important, is the bulky, oversized tan sweater that Eli always wears over a lighter shirt. The long sleeves end in fringed sections that fall down passed the small claws on his hands. The sweater's pattern makes it look like the underside of a turtle, and darkens near where the arms connect to the body of the shirt. On his back, Eli wears a hard leather backpack that looks exactly like the small shell of a Turtwig. The opening is at the top, and the bottom corners end in points.He also wears dark grey sweatpants; he's tried sandals before, and, at times, continues to wear them, but for the most part he goes barefoot due to the small claws on his feet, similar to the ones on his hands.

Personality;;
Laid Back
Eli’s rather carefree when it comes to doing things. He likes to take things slow and easy, preferring especially to doing things his way. In a way, he’s borderline lazy, and has been teetering on the edge for some time, according to Pokémon who once knew him.
Stubborn as a Rock
The only thing keeping Eli from crossing the line of laziness is that he’s got a hard head when it comes to doing something that he decides he’s going to do. Once he aims to do something, he’ll take it slow and steady, but he’ll make it to his goal eventually. If he doesn’t want to do something, however, he’s very good at protesting, and can often get people quite angry with him because of it.
Dull, but not Dimwitted
While Eli can't claim any major intellectual abilities for himself, he prides himself on his ability to say the right thing at the right time - or at least, what he thinks is the right thing to say (the two aren't always the same). He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's not one of the dull ones ready to be tossed away, either. As an added plus, there are times when he can come up with something that seems amazingly right or simple, even if it's just a guess. There are many times when his decisions are drastically simple, such as choosing to sleep because he's tired - even if it's in the middle of the day - and these decisions, at some of these times, end up slowing things down even more.
Shy
Eli has an issue with shyness. He doesn’t stutter, he doesn’t shake, and he doesn’t act afraid of people. He really just doesn’t go out of his way at all to make friends with people. Not only that, but when someone does start talking to him, he’ll first try ignoring them. If that doesn’t work, he’ll slowly start inching his sweater up in order to hide his face.
*Hidden Shyness
On top of his shyness in general, Elijah tends to get very flustered and embarrassed when the topic of sex comes up. It’s not that he hasn’t heard of it before; he just has absolutely no experience in the field, and wouldn’t know where to begin, even if someone seriously asked him. The closest he's come would be the affection he had felt for the Charmander...but even that, he doesn't know what to make of.
Loyal and Friendly
If you were to break through Eli’s shell – not literally, of course, as that would hurt – you’d find someone underneath who is capable of being a loyal friend, but simply doesn’t know how to show it. He hasn’t had much luck with friendships – hasn’t had many to begin with – and is almost afraid to try again.
Warm Blooded
Eli absolutely hates being cold. He's fine watching from inside, but the only reason he'd be outdoors during cold weather is if he has to be. During cold weather, he tends to get (or feign being) tired, and, more importantly, he grows sad and almost depressed. His choice of layered clothing lessens his reaction to the cold, but he still doesn't like it.
Sleepy...
Another thing that gets him cranky is when he's tired. Eli isn't much of a morning person, and isn't good when it comes to staying up late; he'd rather curl up somewhere warm and fall asleep. You'll always know when he's starting to get tired, as he tends to get a dazed sort of expression on his face at first, which is followed up by a short temper and crankiness.
Character History;;
Eli wasn't born human; in fact, he was born as far from being human as one could get, having grown up as a tiny little Turtwig interested more in taking naps in the sun than having anything to do with trainers, or battling. However, even before he was old enough to evolve, a sign of his progression into late adolescence, his life was all but tossed upside down. This happened when a group of men suddenly appeared out nowhere while he was out nosing for a nice place to nap for a few hours. He hadn't noticed them at first, being nearly asleep already at the time, and by the time he did, it was too late.
He was scooped up and taken away - though, thankfully, none of the humans decided to lock him away in those strange spheres he had heard stories of while growing up. Kicking and squirming had done him no good, so instead, he did what he did best: he slept.
When he awoke, he found himself inside a cold, dark area. After a brief period of panicking, he discovered that he wasn't alone - there were other Pokémon in the strange area with him. Upon realizing that he was awake, another of the Pokémon began attempting to draw him into conversation, and, unable to ignore the persistant voice, Eli spoke back. Their conversation - which Eli can't recall any more, even when he tries - ended abruptly when the other Pok?mon, a small Charmander, to be precise, noticed the Turtwig's shivering. It was only natural; the area was cold, and Eli despised the cold. He had very little tolerance for it, but thought, at the time, that he could do nothing but sit there miserably and try to ignore it.
The Charmander moved closer to him and slowly presented its tail, allowing a faint wave of heat to begin covering Eli's body. He now remembers little more than the reassuring warmth, which lasted until the humans returned and flooded the area with light. He, as well as the rest of the Pokémon in the room, was taken to another location, where a few tests were performed. He didn't have a clue at the time as to why the tests were taken, but he later learned that they had somehow been checked to see if they were compatible with another set of DNA. He was not, and neither was the Charmander; he didn't pay any attention to which Pokémon actually was taken away. In fact, he only knew that one was because the rest of them were then herded back to the cold room for another period of time that seemed like forever. Again, he only felt the warmth given off by the Charmander's flame, and again, it was soon extinguished as the Charmander was suddenly taken away.
The other Pokémon had slowly been disappearing - he had, at least, noticed that. When the Charmander was taken, however, it still came as a surprise, and he quickly began to grow lonely and upset over the loss of company - as well as the loss of heat. He had realized after a while that, once they were taken away, the other Pokémon never came back. This realization only added to the growing loneliness, and his body continued to grow cold in the dark room, two attributes that he soon connected to each other, even though they weren't actually related.
He had no idea how much time passed before the humans came back again, and this time it was his turn. He could hear them talking as they carried him away, too tired to fight back. They were excited, and kept talking about some sort of 'breakthrough'. What they could break and be happy about, he didn't know...and didn't want to know, either. He was taken to a shiny, cold room, but after that, he can't recall much. At some point, he knew that he fell asleep again, but that's about it.
When he woke up, he began to get up off the floor, but froze as he discovered that he was no longer close to the ground. The first change noticed, he began to find other major differences as well. His skin was still green - thank goodness, as he probably would have had a heart attack to find some other color there - but he had been stretched taller, for one thing. He had been waiting for the moment when he would get larger, but...this wasn't how he had expected it to happen.
Further investigation proved all the other changes to be true, and Eli numbly took it all in, not understanding anything until one of the humans entered his room and carefully explained what had taken place. As it turned out, he had somehow been given DNA from one of the humans in the lab, and that's why the transformation had taken place. That part, he could understand...but the next thing said by the excited human surprised him. It was explained that the effects were only temporary, and that he would - 'hopefully, if everything goes as planned', the human had said - slowly revert back to his original form within an unknown period of time. He was to remain in the small room, where he currently was, until that happened, and then he'd be returned to his home.
Somehow, he didn't believe that the human was speaking the truth. Not about everything at least. Still, he nodded his head, and the human left. He remained in that room for a good part of the day, and can't recall much except the boredom of waiting, until his door opened a second time. While he had expected to see another of the humans, he was shocked to see a familiar tail attached to a taller body, somewhat like his own, yet clearly proving that this other person was female. Few words were exchanged - Eli didn't think he could have said much, anyway, still being dumfounded by the sudden appearance of the Charmander that had kept him company in the cold room - and before he knew it, he was ushered out of his room and down the hall.
Somehow, he had mananged to escape the building. Also foggy was how he had ended up separated from the Charmander Pokemorph, but he knew enough to know that he had to get away, and fast - even though 'quick' wasn't normally his speciality. When he could finally figure out where he was, he discovered that he was in a town where humans tended to 'start their journey', as someone mentioned to him in passing. They likely assumed that he, too, was here to begin something new...
...And perhaps he was. The idea to try and 'do as the humans do' was a strange one to him, but he felt that it was right, and it was the only way he could think of to accompish his newly-found goals, which were to find the Charmander again, and to stay away from the humans who had transformed him in the first place. He was on his way to his new beginning.
Other;;
-Elijah doesn't really speak much of the actual 'human' language, having had very little time to get to know it. Still, that doesn't really matter, since the Pokémon can be understood easily in the Kairuu region.
-He looks young for his age.
-While not exactly afraid of humans, he might be a bit wary when first around them - especially if they're in anything that looks even remotely like the uniforms at the lab.

"Alright, which one of you dweebs hid my stuff this time?"
Shawn wasn't a happy camper. His alarm clock had gone off - no, not later - earlier than he had expected it to, blaring to life with a volume that had jolted him out of his sleep faster than he could snap his fingers. It had pretty much gone downhill from there, and he hadn't even left for school yet. Well, more specifically, for the 'trip' that he had been 'invited' - forced, really, but he had given up that argument by that point - to at the school. During summer vacation. Messed up, right? He thought so, but again, he wasn't about to win the 'let me stay home' debate any time soon, so instead, he had dedicated his time to one thing:
Finding his games before he had to leave. His younger siblings had decided it would be funny - they seemed to find the same things funny week after week - to hide his things and watch him run around searching for them, all the while on a time schedule. "I'm going to ask you one more time," he started, voice dropping to a warning tone as his gaze zoned in on the two terrors giggling on the living room couch. "Where is it?"
His sister had the nerve to grin at him. Ooh, that did it. "You asked for it," he said softly, stalking forward towards the two. Before they could get up, he had pounced. Holding them down wasn't a problem; he wasn't a kid with muscles, but the two combined hardly weighed as much as him. He let a small grin of his own emerge before reaching down... and beginning to mercilessly tickle their stomachs. As they started shrieking in laughter, he chuckled - he loved how ticklish the two of them were. It gave him an advantage, and helped him win every time. "Come on now, tell me, or I won't stop." It took a minute or two to break one of them down, and then he was off the couch, watching the two scramble away.
"That wasn't so hard," he mused, reaching under the couch and pulling out a small black pouch. Quickly, hearing his mom calling for him, he opened the flap and made sure the games were still inside. He would have had to kill them if they had decided to take the games and hide them individually. Okay, good. "Coming, Mom!"
All the while in the car, she kept reassuring him, saying it wouldn't be so bad. Heh. He'd indulge her and not argue with facts, but he wasn't about to agree that he was going to have a 'good time', as she kept putting it. Instead, he kept his head down, occasionally nodding or mumbling a 'yeah, okay,' which seemed to satisfy her, at least a little. His hands were busy with his game, but his mind wasn't entirely into it. Not yet.
The drive didn't last nearly long enough, and he was soon faced with the entrance doors to the school, bag slung across his shoulder, game bag tucked away neatly. Around to the canteen, then? That's what the sign said, at least. Odd meeting place, but whatever, he'd deal with it.
Or at least, that's what he kept telling himself. His gaze narrowed just slightly as he saw who was already waiting around when he got there, but that was all. A few that he didn't like, a few that he didn't care about. No one he could say he was overly friendly with. With a nearly inaudible sigh, he slumped down into the nearest seat, not really paying attention to seating arrangements. What was the point? He was going to ignore them anyway.
To prove his point, out came his game, down went his head, and he was soon blocking everyone out. As usual.
